Cold noodle is one of foods preferred by consumers in summer and different types of cold noodles can be manufactured depending on production methods and mixtures. Knead mixtures to contain 30~45% moisture and mold presses strands of noodle through low temperature press dais where the temperature of batter pressed out by internal friction is maintained at between 50 ~ 150 degrees and these are packed by cutting into a length and sterilizing. We provide optimal production equipments in line with the progress from proposal, engineering, production and installation, test driving to after care to respond to various demands from the customers.
